DEADLINES
- general deadline is 4 weeks;
- deadline might be shortened by 2 weeks for an additional payment, pricing is listed in "prices";
- in case customer was not approving nor requesting changes after they were sent work in progress for 1 week and more, the deadline is delayed for the amount of time between me sending work in progress and customer answering even if customer has paid for shortening deadline.
- i have the right to decline the rush fee if ifeel it's impossible for me to do the job fasterPAYMENT
- payment via boosty (accepts visa, mastercard etc. does not accept paypal)
- full prepayment
- no refunds
- at the sketch stage unlimited free changes are available
- at the lineart stage minor changes are free, major changes are paid
- at the final stage all changes are paidI DON'T DRAW:

- elderly people
- NSFW
- I may draw people from photos, but keep in mind that in my syle not all features may be replicated succesfullyGENERAL
- erasing watermark and assigning authorship is not allowed
- using my art for AI purposes and NFT is not allowed
- i have the right to deny your commission order
- i have the right to use my art for portfolio, galleries etc unless a customer paid the fee for not posting the artwork the customer has comissiond
- i post a result and tag a customer. if you don't want me to tag you or you want me to use @/ , please let me know in advance.
- if you want me to delay the post, please let me know in advance
- you cannot use my artwork for commercial purpose unless you paid for it

By buying an adopt from me you agree to these terms:

DEADLINES
- changes and additional drawings take up to 1 month each. If you request changes and a comission, the deadline is 2 months.
- deadline might be shortened by up to 2 weeks for an additional payment, pricing is listed in "prices";
- in case customer was not approving nor requesting changes after they were sent work in progress for 1 week and more, the deadline is delayed for the amount of time between me sending work in progress and customer answering even if customer has paid for shortening deadline.

- payment must be done within 24 hours
- no refunds
- reselling for the price higher than bought is not allowedGENERAL
- the person who purchased an adopt from me recieves full rights to use the character for personal purposes. Depending on the price that was paid, he may also recieve commercial rights.
- After purchasing an adopt a customer recieves refference picture of the purchased adopt with no watermarks that cover the adopt. small watermark of mine will still remain in the corner. It is forbidden to erase.
- if used for commercial purpose, the owner must credit the author
- Please contact me if the owner has changedif any of these rules are broken, I have the right to take your ownership away with no refund
